What is the WVHOA?

The primary goal of West Valley HOA's is legislation and education.  We work with legislators in an attempt to make sure that any new laws passed will positively impact the people who live in associations.  We host lunch meeting monthly (except for July and August) at which speakers provide education on various topics. We send out a quarterly newsletter to our members addressing both educational and legislative topics

How do we join?

All associations located west of Central Avenue in Maricopa County will be considered for membership in the West Valley HOA's.
