Association Members

WVHOA was formed to provide forums in which board members and community managers could obtain education and exchange ideas and experiences to make their communities better. WVHOA educates its membership by hosting meetings and the distribution of a newsletter.  The monthly luncheon meetings (excluding the summer months) feature key speakers presenting topics pertinent to associations. Topics include legal seminars, legislative updates, landscaping, insurance, budget/reserves, etc.  The newsletter provides our members with information regarding legal issues and announcements of important events. With up-to-date information, WVHOA can alert its members about pending legislation that could affect their associations.  As a member of WVHOA, association Board members have the opportunity to share ideas and questions with their peers as well as experts in the HOA Industry.

The monthly luncheon meetings are held at Sun City Grand Community Association, Chaparral Building at 11:45 am on the third Thursday of each month, excluding the summer months and December.
